You Don't Have To Be A Big Corporation To Start NPCI expects to add all public sector banks to the Bhim app by the end of February 2017

The National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) has said that it is working with open segment banks the country over to get them on board the Bharat Interface for Money (Bhim) stage before the month's over. Considering the wide userbase of these open division banks, the appropriation of Bhim is relied upon to see an expansion after the incorporation. At present, there are 37 banks that are a piece of the Bhim stage, including open division banks, for example, the State Bank of India, the Bank of Baroda, Bank of India and the Union Bank of India. The banks that are relied upon to go live on Bhim before the month's over are Corporation Bank, Punjab and Sindh Bank and five partner banks of the State Bank of India. The Bhim application was propelled on 30 December 2016 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a program for advancing cashless installments in Delhi. From that point forward there have been 13.1 million downloads of the application as indicated by the NPCI, yet just 3.6 million clients who have connected the application to their financial balances.
